Our JSP was last February 15, 2008.
Five o’clock in the afternoon to 10 PM last Friday…
R was not that very excited but a still joined the JS prom. Unlike before, I’m very worried of what will I wear and even my look.
For me, I enjoyed more the Juniors and Seniors Promenade when I was in the third year than the last promenade happened last week. The food was better than what we ate before. I was not a cotillion dancer anymore but for me, it is just ok because I don’t need to be more prepared. I was not able to join the promenade because I came late. I don’t know if my partner had a new partner or maybe he was late also.
After the six last songs played, we also took pictures…=) with my friends and classmates.

i've Learned a Lot!!!

I have learned again many things.I have discovered new learnings…(There’s no end,…ika nga)
Like what we had this passed days, I have been too busy with my hectic schedules especially in doing my projects, assignments, and other activities. I’ve learned really how important the time I have wasted. And the same as what I always say to my self & everyone always say it at the end, “I regret…it’s my fault! Kung hindi sana ako nagpabaya, e di sana nagawa ko ito ng mas maaga.”
Everytime I have to face my problems, there are moral lessons from them, I was challenged with them & I’ve learned with them. So I’m very thankful because I have encountered these kinds of problems. It really means a lot for me especially when I realized if others can, why can’t I…& others were appreciating what I’ve done and it feels so great but I’m not that humble to say it because I am always reminded with the saying, “don’t be so humble ‘coz your not that great.”
We had our third periodical test last January 30-31. For me, it was so difficult to answer if you don’t know the answer... I’m just kidding!!! Seriously, it was very hard because I forgot what I’ve reviewed & I was mentally block but my classmates were there beside me…to help me, to encourage me & to make me believe and survive. I also took the UNP entrance test last January 26. our examiner was very strict in reminding us to follow the rules in the test
Moving on… I will continue what I have started until the end of this school year. I’ll close the door & I’ll open the next door to begin to achieve another dream. I will continue dreaming and I will fulfill them soon.

THE NEXT GRADING PERIOD...

We're still starting our third grading period, some of our teachers already gave us our requirements, projects, activities, several important topics that we will tackle this grading and assignments to be done for the whole period...
We had a fun discussions because of many new jokes and remembered memories made by my classmates; interesting, exciting, wonderful, explanations and reports about our lessons or topic in our subjects. And not only these good happenings but also the time when I was not in the mood or I was thinking or doing something not related to our subject just like reviewing and rushing assignments for the next period.
In our subject TLE (Computer Education), I enjoyed working with my activities.... in Activity # 10 about HTML Images using the tag and in Activity # 11 about the Multimedia Presentation. So, we also started making our Web design to integrate graphics, sound, video and text, and we will corporate with hypertext to create hypermedia and others related to it.
We were too busy for this grading because of many activities we had like the book celebration, RCY seminars and some were related to the Christmas season... gift giving, contest for the best in belen and Christmas tree, general Christmas program and others, as usual, we made group projects, groupworks, groupreportings and group activities...
It's Christmas time....! Last December was our Christmas program. I enjoyed and had fun with my family in school. I was satisfied with my exchanged gifts from my friends, family and relatives. I also attended the nine morning masses or the so called Misa Aguinaldo or Misa de Gallo... I spent my whole Christmas vacation and new year with my family.

Another grading ended last October 18......

*new learnings/dicoveries & encountered challenges
~I have learned and discovered many things in this grading... It was all about web designing.
We took about the most common display instructions that a web page can contain which is called the HTML tags. We use these on one of the web standards, the HTML using the notepad... before, I don't know the use of notepad but now I knew it... in the MS windows

In our first hands on and written activities, we started the Basic HTML Tags and we used to define them with their functions and descriptions. Same with the following activities, from first to the last activity.

^Activity #2 We defined & used the six heading tags, from the largest to the smallest...
^Activity #3 We had the different text alignment used in an HTML document...
^Activity #4 We learned that stand alone tags don't required end tags...
^Activity #5 We able to format our documents using the HTML formatting tags...
^Activity #6 We used the pre tag to preformed texts...
^Activity #7 We learned the different font attributes...
^Activity #8 We put a background color on our HTML document...
^Activity #9 We placed a background image on our last activity...
~all the above activities uses the tag attributes which an additional information about the HTML elements were added

*Addressing those challenges
~By doing all my best & with the guide of our teacher, Mrs. Evelyn Vera Cruz, I faced & solved my problems. And also to my friends at the same time, my classmates, who helped me to have a better & organized activities.

*Moving on... I will keep up the good work and to change and correct my mistakes and whatever wrong I've done this grading... Good luck to me & I hope to be more studious, happy and have a better deeds..!

gOoD lucKs! BaD lucKs!

It's been one month when we took our first periodical test last August 8 and August 13. I got low scores in the exam. Maybe, I only passed on two to three out of ten subjects and maybe it is "PASANGawa" but it is alright.......
On this second grading period, I feel the good lucks and bad lucks! Good lucks because I overcome with the challenges and I solved the problems I met by my diligence, patience, helping and loving myself. Bad lucks because I have encountered so much problems and challenges within the passed four weeks. Just like rushing my assignments and other activities because I need to have a tutor and to copy with my classmates. But not all the time for they are the one copying with me when they don't have the assignment. We also had quizzes and tests every after our discussions. One more thing is that, during flag ceremony and i am in duty (CAT officer), every morning students are super "matitigas ang ulo." it's okay because I am patiently enough to control them with my fellow officers even if they are like that......
I have learned many things with these experiences. not only with the new learning's and knowledge but also with the challenges and problems I met. Because we are near to graduate, it is likely more difficult but a challenging high school life.........

My Two Weeks Experiences!

Today is already July 31 and it's been two weeks when we had successive works especially in Technology and Livelihood Education and in other subjects. It was an exciting and interesting weeks because of the events that happened.

July 16 to 17 when we had a seminar from the Philippine National Red Cross volunteers. It was a knowledgeable and enjoyable seminar. It was because, we had group activities with other fourth year students and we had ice breakers for us not to become bored on this seminar. We also had a mini graduation for us to celebrate that we were able to finish the seminar well and good. In our subject Advanced Chemistry, every after our discussions and reports, we always have a quiz same with our subject Mathematics. My experiences on these last two weeks made me more interested to strive and to study hard. We also joined the Food Festival, happened last July 19 to 20, as a part of the Nutrition Month Celebration. This made us, students, think about budgeting and having techniques on how to sell our made products. I also enjoyed a lot in selling our products but we did not gain as much as our expectations. It was really exciting and enjoyable days because we had many costumers. In some of our subjects, we did not have classes during our periods because our teachers were so busy with their other businesses.

These experiences are just part of the challenges that I must encounter in my high school life but the truth is, these are great things and actually, great experiences that happened to me.
